Mr Biprabuddha Chatterjee is head of R&D at Adani Wilmar. He has 35 years of industry experience, having worked at Cremica Agro Industries, Amrit Banaspati and the Ministry of Food & Civil Supplies before joining Adani Wilmar in 2004. Mr Chatterjee is a food technologist specialising in cereals, pulses and oilseeds with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture and a Master of Science in food technology.
